You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant DriverConnect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods.

You agree not to post User Content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Car Listings

If you list a car for sale on our Car Market, you must provide accurate and truthful information about the vehicle, including its condition, mileage, and price. DriverConnect is a platform for listings and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not inspect, guarantee, or warrant any vehicles listed.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, interfering with our systems, abusing other users, sharing malicious content, or violating the law.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or cease providing you with all or part of the Service at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". Your access to and use of the Service is at your own risk. DriverConnect disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages that arise from your use of the Service.
